Birmingham Snow Hill Plaza gym reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Small gym -some personal trainers take long using gym equipment training their clients. That means you have to wait long to use the equipment or you end up not using the them at all. They forget we have to share gym equipment specially around rush hour.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not enough water fountains There are not enough water fountains in the gym for the amount of people using, with only two in total. Currently one is broken so there was only one working fountain for the whole gym. This is not sufficient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty pleased I switched home gyms! Everything worked great, it'd be ace to have a bigger space for freeweights though. Massively enjoyed Yvonne's Cycle class too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Variety in classes Hi, I’ve been to a few different classes over the past 6 months and the classes are always the same, there seems to be no change up in routines? Would also love to see some variety in the legs bums and tums class as it is basically just squatting for 30 mins... when I speak to other members of pure gym from around Birmingham, they’re class seems completely different with a fair balance oh legs bums and tums. Would definitely like some cooler air running through the gym As it gets really over heated during classes. The gym seems friendly and would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monday is my favourite class. I absolutely love Connor. He is a great instructor and explains all the movements so well as well as giving us (me) easier ways to complete them if necessary. I can’t recommend his class highly enough. Only issue I have is with the overcrowding. I got hit on the head by a dumbbell on Monday!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need more squat rack platforms January is always very busy so I’m not going to say anything about the crowds. I would only ask for two more squat platforms downstairs. The soft floor is not suitable or even dangerous when lifting heavy so if you could install hard floor by the other two squat racks that would help massively with the queues and turnaround of workouts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good It would be good if evening classes were to start at 5.45pm instead of 5.30pm to give those of us who finish work at 5.30pm a little more time to get over and to get changed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always great The only thing I don’t like is the cycling seats they’re so uncomfortable
