Our packed timetable offers a wide variety of group exercise classes to suit all ages and abilities. There's more than fifty on offer each week and each one is absolutely free.

To help you relax and improve your recovery time you can jump on the hydro massage chair at the end or your session. Or hop on before to warm up those muscles. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gym, clean, tidy, loads of equipment I haven't been as much as I'd like but the classes are great, the gym is clean and there is loads of great extras like the flavoured water and the massage chair. But the best is the amount of machines an weights there is always plenty. The spaces for aerobics doesn't make you feel you're on top of people. Overall great and well worth the money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fab gym, good quality & great trainers. This is a great gym, with brilliant trainers. It is great value. Spinning could improve it's primarily the same each class sprinting techniques. A lot of the bikes don't work and need to be maintained. The cleaner could spray the machines as they are dirty and spend less time on the phone in the changing rooms. Overall its a good gym.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty equipment I was unable to get to the gym for a few weeks despite my efforts to attend I was blocked for missing classes due to heavy traffic. The equipment that was broken or faulty 3 weeks ago is still unusable!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So glad I joined! Puregym in Borehamwood is great value for money. It has some fantastic fitness instructors, a good variety of classes and generally a good gym environment. My only complaint would be that quite often during a spin class I find that the bikes have faulty pedals or the monitors aren’t working which can be frustrating, especially as the classes are often full so you can’t just use a different bike.
