Alex has an impressive 14 years of personal training experience where he has embedded his key skills as a Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist and Pilates Reformer Instructor. 

He specialises in body transformations for both men and women, particularly drawing focus on movement, enhancing posture and strength work. By incorporating in-depth health and exercise evaluations, alongside nutrition coaching, Alex’s personalised training programs and expert guidance have empowered countless clients to build a stronger, more balanced body while dropping fat. 

With his extensive knowledge in health and the anatomy, his background in this field is clearly demonstrated in his passion for exercise which is evident in all of his work through client retention and love for learning new skills, namely his recent training as a Pilates instructor. Alex is always looking to expand his knowledge and to support his clients not only with physical health but also lifestyle habits, nutrition and mental health.
