I started as a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer right here in this very gym before moving into the role as Assistant Gym Manager! Be sure to say hello if you see me around the gym - if you have any questions, I’m always happy to help.

My love of fitness began after starting my own transformation, losing 10 inches from my waist, improving my posture, confidence and overall health. Seeing the impact it had on me made me want to help as many people as I could become fitter, stronger and healthier – so here I am, doing exactly that.

Since then I have had the privilege of helping all kinds of people with a variety of goals from weight loss, strength training, muscle building, recovering from injuries, competing in sports and corrective exercise.

My passion is to motivate you and give you the tools you need to reach your goals with a personalised training program & nutrition guidance that works with your lifestyle and commitments.
