Anna Florance

As an ex-dancer turned Personal Trainer, the gym was firstly a way of me working on my strength, fitness and wellbeing to improve my dancing. I was seeing and feeling results, falling in love with weight training in particular. I still do my dance training, but have turned fitness into a career and I’m loving every second!

 

I am passionate about exercise being enjoyable and each and every client feeling positive and confident in their body! It is my mission to prove to my clients how incredible their body is and what it is capable of, guiding each step of the way to transforming mindsets and smashing goals, no matter how big or small. Best believe we will not only enjoy the results, but enjoy the process!
