Like many, when I first began my fitness journey, I had no idea where to start. I had no knowledge about nutrition, body composition or even what a “rep” was. Everyone in the gym seemed to know exactly what to do and I always felt so intimidated. I would simply just run on the treadmill for thirty minutes and walk back out. Sound familiar? Let’s break that barrier together.

 From the theater stage to the gym floor, my background in dance and performance infuses every session with infectious energy and I make sure every training session is fun, motivating, and effective. I focus on strength and conditioning, building muscle, but also fat loss goals and most importantly, I encourage clients to find enjoyment in their training and fueling their bodies. There's nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and achieving sustainable and lasting results.
