Brad Tucker

I started my journey into Fitness Coaching and Personal Training during the Covid pandemic. Like most people, I had to find a way to adapt my lifestyle and career. 

Throughout my educational years I always held a strong interest towards the Fitness and Health industry, and I am now delighted to be a qualified PT. My absolute passion is working with people, giving advice and assist with reaching their goals.

I have a keen interest in coaching a variety of exercise programs which include strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and fat burn. I also believe in using exercise to help mental health disorders as research shows that fitness training can help alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have also found from my personal experiences that nutrition and exercise provide increased energy, mental clarity and an enhanced mood. Therefore I have made it my missions to help people improve themselves by not only looking amazing but feeling amazing.
