As a personal trainer and self-development coach, I specialise in guiding individuals like you through a
journey of self-discovery.
Together, we'll identify and address unhealthy patterns of behaviour, replace them with healthier habits and
uncover the tools needed to reach your full potential.
With over a decade of experience in the creative industry as an artist and musician, immersed in an
environment in which mind and body connection was often overlooked, I understand first hand the toll that
neglecting self-care can have on both our physical and mental health.
I decided to make it my mission to restore the balance between my mind and body through properly
prioritising my fitness, nutrition and cultivating a healthier mindset.
Through my own journey of overcoming chronic pain, rebuilding my confidence and taking a more holistic
approach to personal wellbeing, it has fuelled my passion for helping others do the same.
I’m ready to work with you to help you achieve mind and body synergy & provide you with a clear, personalised plan of action to get you on the right track, so that you can FINALLY start living the life that you desire.
