I’m Dave and I’m obsessed with two things- fitness and longevity. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you develop the lifestyle and fitness habits that will help you to slow down the effects of aging as well as developing new strength, resilience, and energy in both your body and mind.

Why do people assume that once we hit 30, we’re too old to start something new? I’m here to tell you that it’s never too late to start your fitness journey. I fully believe that whether you begin in your 30s, 40s or 50s; the most important thing you can ever do is to start the journey and that’s where I’m here to help.
