Sport and physical activity have been prominent in my life for as long as I can remember, and I would be delighted to help you progress on your journey. I am a keen runner, and recently completed the Manchester Half-Marathon.
I also play hockey for a local club and take great pride in keeping myself fit & strong for what is dynamic and challenging sport. I love training sport specific movements, which enhance athletic performance & improve my impact when it comes to game day.
Sport and fitness has also given me great purpose, helped me to improve my own positive mental health and given me the platform to learn something new every day. I believe that we can always improve on yesterday, for a healthier, happier tomorrow.
