Glenda Doig

I am an outgoing individual who has always had a passion for health and fitness. From a young age I participated in a variety of different types of dancing, cross country running and Olympic lifting.

 

After suffering from my own injuries recovery has taken its toll on my training. This has made me more determined and motivated to be stronger than I was before.

 

From my own challenges, I am rewarded to be able to change others lives for the better. Know the first step can be the hardest to a new lifestyle, but it is also the most rewarding.

 

From the first initial contact right through your journey you will have my full support. Working on the finest details for you to be able to reach those ultimate goals that you have been dreaming of. I will work with you not only in the scheduled sessions but out of them as well. I believe that I have to put the same amount of time in as you will to achieve.
