Hi! I’m Melissa. My aim as a personal trainer is to help you become the healthiest, happiest and most confident version of yourself. I understand it can be a bit scary taking that first step into the gym (as I’ve been there myself!) but I promise I will put your mind at ease from the get go.

 

Before I qualified as a personal trainer I trained full time as a ballet dancer, and then went on to dance professionally at Moulin Rouge in Paris. With this experience I understand the mindset needed and also the struggles you will face whilst working towards a goal; and I will be there to fully support and motivate you every step of the way.

 

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, tone up, gain body confidence, or to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle - we will work together throughout your fitness journey to ensure you have the best experience possible. I will pass on my knowledge of how to still enjoy your life and social occasions whilst working towards your goals - life shouldn’t be filled with restrictive diets!
