Rhiannon Chapman

I’ve had a spark for fitness for over 3 years and have developed a mindset surrounding fitness that goes beyond just looking in the mirror and seeing a body I’m proud of. Fitness for me is looking in the mirror and seeing the hard work, the mental fulfilment behind lifting and the idea that moving your body is a privilege rather than a chore.

At the beginning of my own journey, I was uncomfortable in my body, lacked confidence and really struggled with having the discipline to ‘stick to it’. Since then, i have worked to build substantial amounts of muscle and strength by getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Together we will make fitness fun whilst also creating a body you can say ‘I did that’ about.
