Ryan Adams Adams

I have been training within a gym setting consistently for over 10 years and have had a huge passion for sports since I was a child. This eventually led me to take up sports such as Judo, which in turn led me to becoming a stunt performer on various UK based productions, ranging from independent movies to Bollywood. As a result of this career, I have trained in sports & events such as swimming, horse riding and gymnastics (which I had a brief stint as a coach in too).

Due to my varied sporting background, my training and coaching is based around how the weight room can transfer to the field or arena through periodisation models, advanced training methods and programming based on up-to-date scientific research. You will often see me in the gym Olympic weightlifting and utilising plyometrics and resistance bands for example.

I am a Level 4 coach specialising in Nutrition for Performance and Weight Loss and I am currently studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach, the latter of which has been a lifelong ambition of mine.
