Juliet Brewer
Hi, I'm Juliet. I'm originally from Colombia but located in Belfast. I have been living here since 2003. I have been involved with fitness for most of my life. Whether it was participating in performing arts, dance school competitions or conditioning training and boxing. Physical exercise is just a part of my daily life which is why I chose to become a Personal Trainer.
As a fitness professional, my mission is for my clients to get fit, feel great and have fun doing it. As a parent, I understand that exercise can be difficult, time-consuming and confusing, but as your trainer I will help you find time to exercise with your busy schedule.
I help take the guesswork out of exercise and make each session valuable, engaging and fun. I stay up-to-date with the latest scientific exercise research so you can be sure that each workout will be safe and effective providing positive results in an efficient amount of time. I can help you gain more energy, improve your posture and balance, lose inches, improve your eating habits, increase your flexibility and improve muscular strength.
Philosophy: Training is not just a way to stay in shape. For me, it should build a good base to improve the way we live and enable us to enjoy all kinds of movement whether it is playing sport or playing with your kids.
