Hi, I’m Ross. I’m part of the team here at PureGym. I've been interested in health and fitness for many years and I’m very passionate about all aspects of the industry.

I have been a Personal Trainer for five years. I've worked with a lot of different clients with very different goals. With their hard work and commitment, I have seen many brilliant transformations! This is what motivated me to do more in the industry which has led me to my position here at PureGym.

I understand the impact diet and exercise can have on an individual’s lifestyle both physically and mentally, having been on a weight loss plan myself. I’m very approachable and a motivated Personal Trainer. I believe that if you stay focused you will achieve your goal.
