Hi i'm Daisy...
I have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years, I have helped numerous people in all different aspects of life. Their goals have been anything from strength training to weight loss or weight gain and feeling more confident in the gym.
The way we will go about this is helping you understand how to train with purpose, we will set mini goals inside and outside the gym along the way, By doing so it will be broken down making it fill less daunting and far more manageable. Meaning you will be far more likely to continue your journey on the road to success!
