Hi, my name is Tegan! I have been working in the fitness industry for over 3 years now and training myself for around 10 years.
My initial background is in ballet and competition dance; however, I have solely focused on weight training/body building for the last 5 years.
I follow a client-led approach to my coaching, meaning that every training programme/session is completely tailored and specific to the individual. No two people have the exact same plan! All levels of ability and experience are welcome.
My services include 1-1 personal training sessions, small group sessions, online coaching, nutrition plans, and workout plans.
