Hello, I'm Max,
And I have gone from skin and bone to muscle and tone, fitness is an amazing outlet for me.
I specialise in muscle building, strength training and fat loss. I stay lean all year round by adding muscle slowly over time without increasing my body fat to extreme levels.
We will be working together to create a physique you are proud of. Not only a physical change, but a mental change.
I will motivate you to push hard through each session, i will always encourage you to train harder than before. Through my personal training you will learn how to perform exercises correctly and training techniques to set you up for constant success with or without me.
