I’ve been interested in fitness since I was young. I have participated in martial arts, specifically Kuk sool won for 15+ years, and into my teens I have also trained in Breakdancing & Parkour. Thanks to these interests I have been able to experience a variety of modalities within fitness outside of the gym but also spent a lot of time learning and practicing how weight training can be beneficial.
Because of this I attended college to further my fitness education and then progressed to university, in which I obtained my degree in sport and exercise science.
I have been a personal trainer since 2018 and throughout those years I have helped many people achieve their goals. With my background trying different ways to keep fit I keep an open mind when working with all of my clients so I can help find the best fitness routine for them as there is no one size fits all.
