About me

Hi, I’m Chris and I’ve been running successful personal training businesses for over a decade now, helping hundreds of clients to achieve their health and fitness goals and improve their overall mental and physical health and wellbeing.

I’m currently completing a PhD specialising in body image and exercise motivation, having completed a master’s degree in nutrition and a sports degree earlier in my career. I have been able to combine this academic expertise with my vast professional experience to provide a unique and high level personal training service.

I always aim to bring a positive and friendly approach to sessions, and I make sure that all sessions are carefully tailored to your goals and needs. I place a big emphasis on sustainability and enjoyment and look to build training, nutrition and lifestyle plans that can help you to thrive and feel your best.
