Hi, I’m Kieran, a level 3 personal trainer and fitness coach! After starting my own fitness and weight loss journey in late 2022, I rapidly fell in love with the gym. I was massively inspired by my own personal trainer, who helped to change my life in a number of positive ways and that led me pursue my own career in the fitness industry. My number one goal is to inspire and help people to change their lives through fitness! Anything is possible with the right mindset, a high level of discipline, and a willingness to be consistent!
