I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years, specialising in a mixture of strength, conditioning and mobility circuits.
My history in the world of bikini and bodybuilding competitions has given me tones of experience when it comes to cutting/bulking and getting stage ready. I focus on the balance between training and living a full life outside of the gym but ultimately prioritize what I call “the joy of training” .
