Hi there! I'm Zahra, your PT at PureGym West Brom.
My passion for fitness has helped me create the lifestyle I always envisioned. I fell in love with strength training and weightlifting, which helped me lose fat and build muscle without any loose skin.
After giving birth to my son, I also transformed my body and lost 30kg in just 8 months.
My goal is to help females feel confident both physically and mentally. I specialize in fat loss and muscle gain, as well as nutrition, all while still enjoying the foods we love.
