From an early age I have recognized the importance of fitness in our everyday life and how physical wellness can improve all areas of our lives. Ever since the age of 15 I have been in love with the world of weightlifting and the idea of sculpting your body into something you are proud of and worked hard for. It has always fascinated me.
Since then, I have taken the journey of educating myself in several areas of fitness and completing various qualifications to allow me to gather as much knowledge as I can to help and support you on your own journey
