Is there a special occasion you have in mind like a holiday away or a family wedding coming up, going on holiday or you just want to get ready for the summer. Well I’m here to help you achieve all that so your special occasion can be more special.
My name is Clive, I have loved being active my whole life. Exercise is a massive part of who I am as it helped me when I was at a low point in my life. By going to the gym and exercising it really helped me feel more confident again and improved my mental health.
I’m a huge believer that health and fitness makes your daily life easier and improve the way we look on life.
I recently had a holiday, booked at the end of March 2025 so I wanted to try and get into the best shape of my life. I set out 8 week plan and went for it. I created a plan to gain muscle and to also lose body fat to make me feel more confident when sunbathing or walking around.
I went from 79.3kg down to 70.7kg and lost more than half my body fat whilst still gaining muscle mass to make me look more aesthetic, and I want to help you achieve that and more.
