Hi I'm Callum. I have always been passionate about fitness in various forms, whether it's playing rugby, cycling, or lifting weights in the gym.
One of the key reasons I enjoy training is the incredible impact it has on both mental and physical health,
My primary focus is strength training - building muscle and learning how to push yourself everytime you step into the gym.
As a qualified L3 Personal Trainer, my goal is to share the knowledge and experience I have gained, to help others develop healthie rhabits and make positive choices in areas such as exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.
