About me

“As a radio presenter, I feel a constant pressure to look my best, being in the public eye. After breaking my foot quite badly, I’ve struggled to re-discover my love of exercise. I’ve always been a long distance runner and was lost when I couldn’t do that anymore. I spotted Scott training someone in the gym and literally accosted him. I have been training with Scott for the past six weeks and cannot say enough great things about him It was the best thing I’ve ever done. I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been and I love every session.
