About me

My name is Tom and I am a fully qualified Personal trainer. I myself have 10 years experience in programming my own workouts and diet plans.

From a young age I have always been into sports and at the age of 17 I played semi professional football. This was the start of fitness becoming part of my everyday.

I made the choice to become a Personal trainer to help people lead a happier and healthier lifestyle, this can be achieved by me helping you to make small but significant changes in and outside of the gym.
