Hi, I’m Rebecca! :) I am a competitive powerlifter and personal trainer passionate about helping you discover your inner strength! Whether you're new to the gym or want to learn more about lifting, I can offer supportive, technical, and energising coaching tailored just for you! Let’s build confidence and strength, one lift at a time.
I offer 1-2-1 personal sessions, small group sessions, and online coaching, as well as sessions focused on mastering the big three compound lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift. Expect structured programming, form-focused feedback, and a coaching style which empowers you every step of the way!
Sports have been a valuable thing in my life. I started with playing rugby at the age of 4 and eventually discovered powerlifting during university. That’s when I found my love for strength sports and began competing at a national level!
