I began working in the Fitness Industry when I was 18 years old but it wasn't until I got older that I started to realise how different my needs were when it came to exercise, nutrition and my changing hormones.
I made a plan to learn as much as I could to not just cope with these changes but to thrive. I studied specialised women's courses and became a Women's Health Coach and Fitness Specialist.
I have learnt that Women’s fitness needs do change during different life stages and that we need our training to be specific to us.
My mission is to help women understand how they can become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves
