My ultimate aim is to help YOU get results through a sustainable and realistic approach. I specialise in fat loss, muscle building/ toning and increasing strengh through compound movements like squats, deadlifts and pull ups.

My positive energy + extreme passion for health and fitness WILL bring out the best in you. Being in a gym-based environment can be overwhelming, but I will make sure you feel comfortable and become more confident. I also offer 30 minute boxing sessions which will help increase your fitness levels, relieve stress and is seriously good for the mind.
