I’ve recently swapped a decade-long career in architecture and design for a new kind of building – your strength, your confidence, and your wellbeing.

With years as a semi-professional cyclist, I know the power of dedication, balance and pushing through challenges. When a hip injury paused my cycling journey, I used strength training to recover – not just physically, but mentally too. That experience taught me that true transformation starts with self-belief – and now I’m here to help you unlock yours.
