Hi, I’m Matt,

And I've been where you are, struggling with the kit and attempting to make a move to the weights area.

Hoping to feel a bit less like a sunburnt bag of ice cream on holiday, doing a different workout each time I came to the gym.

All round doing everything I could to make some changes, but nothing ever quite sticking.

After many different jobs over the years, that didn’t quite fill me with passion, pride or confidence,

I gave Personal Training a whirl and found.. You know what, I'm actually pretty good at this.

I’ve helped tons of people like yourself, who all round, would like to be a better version of themselves.

That could mean dropping a couple of inches off the waist line,

Getting to grips with how to train to feel stronger or to feel like you have a purpose each week. One that allows you to have a couple of drinks on the weekend, a nice meal, and not feel like an utter bag of crap on Monday.
