About me


A LITTLE ABOUT ME From as long as I can remember sport, fitness and health has been a part of my life. Over the years, my passion for fitness became so strong that I decided to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer to share my passion with others and help people in their fitness journey. I have trained in many disciplines including Taekwondo, Capoeira, Samba, Pilates. But my preference goes for lifting weights in the gym and Powerlifting. Fitness is for me the key to a fit, healthy and strong mind and body. I also have a keen interest in nutrition and enjoying to keep my food intake balanced and healthy for me and my family. WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER I adopt a very client focus approach where your goals and likes/disllikes are at the forefront of your training. Beginning your fitness journey can be daunting however this is where I can help, not only to achieve your fitness goals but help with your confidence and self-belief, especially in the free weights area. I want to be able to educate, demostrate, and motivate you with a plan that is unique to you whether it be lean muscle tissue gains, body fat reduction, strength or increase cardio vascular fitness levels. By Working with me I hope to educate you not only on the « why » of exercise and nutrition, but to also help build confidence in yourself and promote healthy lifestyle changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life. It is all about balance and enjoying what you do.
