About me

Hi, my name is mike

We were all new to the gym at some point, wanting to look and feel good, having all the right intentions but no real idea of where to start and there's nothing wrong with that,nobody starts with all the answers.
Having spent years in the gym myself and forever listening and learning from the more seasoned gym goers I have progressed from the all-important basics to the more advanced training styles.
After applying this information to my own training sessions I have achieved transformations I had never thought possible.

So now I am eager to share the knowledge with you, no matter your current level of experience I want to help you progress and learn the importance of hard work and discipline in the gym and how it benefits you across all areas of your everyday life.

Besides the body transformations and heavy weights, I know as well as anyone that the thought of stepping through those gym doors for the first time without a plan can be a daunting experience and I’m here to help you through these initial feelings.
