About me

Hi there, I’m Ricardo.

When it comes to the commitment of changing your lifestyle for the better, it can be challenging, confusing and difficult to stay motivated consistently. However, through a training experience spanning over 11 years; I have been able to develop habits & methods of overcoming these obstacles which I hope to be able to share with as many people as I can

My methods of assisting clients and others in maintaining a consistent training routine come from years of training, studying at a university level, a lot of trial and error and overall, a passion to help others in a way I was able to help myself. Though my transformation journey began as a health concern, it has changed into a constant path of learning, progressing and improving for now and years to come. From training in areas such as powerlifting, functional training, bodybuilding to maintenance work around mobility, functional movement & corrective exercises; I plan and intend to not only share my knowledge but to also develop it in order to provide the best service possible to help those get the best results possible for now and the future.

The service I provide is a bespoke monthly personal training programme based on the client’s goals, needs and lifestyle along with measurement & macro tracking, weekly check-ins, monthly programme reviews and an individual with a strong determination to help those along their fitness journeys. Along with enjoyable 1-2-1 sessions designed to monitor technique, progress and maintain accountability. A service focused on helping you to become the best version of you.
