I became more confident and it motivated me to be the better version of me! Now more than anything, I want to help boost other people's confidence, change a life one step at a time and improve people's health.
I became a Personal Trainer after two years of working on myself in the gym where I have learnt the knowledge that can help you. My fitness journey started in 2016 and hasn't finished, it's become a lifestyle and I'm constantly learning about myself.
