I've been involved in sports and fitness from a young age. I started playing football whilst in school, and since the age of 18 I've been using gyms, and I've tried different styles of training and diets.
Through my experience I've learnt that you can't out-train a bad diet and that individuals need to be trained as individuals.
My philosophy on training is "to work from the inside out", which is why we'll work from the inside out, focusing on gut health and hormones, which will help your body to work for you, not against you.
Once your body is ready on the inside, we can start working on the outside, with training programmes designed to build lean mass and burn fat, through small sustainable changes that make big differences. We'll use your commitment to small lifestyle and habits changes to achieve your personal goals.
