I'm a trainer with a passion for athleticism, bulletproofing the body; injury prevention and functional fitness.
Having served in the British Army, I developed an interest in everything health/fitness and gained a deep understanding of the need for both physical and mental strength due to the nature of the job.
I can relate to the challenges many face when trying to improve their fitness and turn their lives around at an older age, as a result of witnessing people close to me overcome the same challenges. Therefore, anyone who believes it's too late, let me show you otherwise.
As a PT I am to establish, within my clients, body confidence at only the cost of a little discipline.
