Adam specialises in strength, conditioning and biomechanical assessment. He concentrates on improving athletic performance and reducing the risk of any injury by working on mobility and teaching correct movement mechanics.
His background in various sports alongside the work experience he has gained in the last decade makes him the coach who understands the athletes' needs and works around them at any level.
