I was there, I was always the ‘chubby kid’ at school. Always eating things I shouldn’t and didn’t really care about it either. I had always had an interest in physical activity however, participating in Duke of Edinburgh, playing for a football team and taking PE at A level.
Around the age of 18, I decided to join a gym. Best decision I ever made really. It has allowed me to find my passion, and in turn get my confidence back.
Training to be a Personal Trainer was the obvious path for me to take, I love seeing people make a change, and feel better about themselves!
