Hi, I’m Adam, I come with a sports-based background having studied a National diploma in sport science and over 10 years experience playing basketball at amateur level. I then developed a love for training when looking to recover from a shoulder injury and have been training ever since.

I am now looking to support others in their fitness journey, no matter if that is weight loss, muscle building or even conditioning for a specific sport.
