Even though I have always led an active lifestyle through football and other sports, I started becoming more involved in working out to support my mental and physical wellbeing and it became my passion! Feeling and seeing the positive results encouraged me to continue on this journey and share it with others.
After watching my mum, who has always been very active, suddenly change due to the time she was at in her life, and found she lacked motivation, confidence and the results that she'd been used to seeing. This spurred me on to help her get back on track, whilst recognising that "one size, does not fit all!"
