I have always had a passion for fitness and helping others so becoming a Pt was an obvious decision for me.
I am someone that genuinely cares about my clients and wants them to achieve their goals, I have many teaching methods so I’m quite versatile when it comes to adapting to your needs.
I always like to check in with my clients to make sure that they are still active even when they are not training with me to ensure they stay motivated, I would also be able to give you nutritional advice which most people don’t know contributes 70% of what you do in the gym. My specialties are strength and condition, bodybuilding, glute building and shaping, weight loss, increasing cardio and muscular fitness, toning, and shaping.
