We live in a fast-paced world with challenges along with decrease in physical activity and weight gain.
I have been there - being in sports from 6 years old – to being in a full-time job piling on weight and yoyo dieting.
Having the passion and love for fitness I started my education in fat loss, nutrition, weightlifting and exercise programming 4 years ago. This has resulted in a physique transformation, improved my mental and physical health, performance at work and my relationship with myself and others.
Transforming my lifestyle was the best decision and I believe I can help you too. I can also help you to save time, the frustrations and the struggles.
As your coach I will support you from day one. We will establish your goals and individualise the training programme to your needs and time available to achieve the best result. We will work together on developing healthy habits and set daily goals and milestones. This will help you to stay on track in the long term, and I will then teach you to adapt these later to sustain your results and live a balanced lifestyle.
