Hello, I am Alberta, a very proud mum. I love everything related to fitness and nutrition.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I was always very active hence why I decided to help people to feel great and to be as healthy as possible.
Many years ago, I had a near fatal ski accident which as a result, caused my right hip to fracture. Ever since then I have been extremely obsessed with workouts that help with pain management but most importantly getting you in to the best shape so that when you look in the mirror, your reaction will literally be, “darn it, I look good!” Give your body a chance to transform. You will never regret it!
