Fitness has always been a huge passion of mine.

Coming from a career as a semi-professional footballer, my aim has always been to hit every goal I set my eyes on. This means working my absolute hardest to turn weakness into strengths. Now with the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past years my aim is to pass on my skills, knowledge and expertise to help others reach that all-important goal.

I have an impeccable drive to succeed in life, which means I will do anything within my power to motivate you to have the same mentality as I have. I am not perfect, and I too have weakness... But working together, I will show you how to turn them into something amazing.
