I understand from previous personal experience how exercise can help with self-belief and improve body confidence as the gym has helped me grow as a person both mentally and physically since I was 15.
I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and previous experience in Strength and Conditioning within Women’s football too.
