Hi! I’m Amelia.

I’m someone who enjoys being active, whether that’s lifting in the gym or out running in the Peaks, and feel empowered by fitness and seeing what my body can achieve. I also advocate and prioritise wellbeing and mental health when it comes to a fitness or lifestyle journey, having previously experienced a negative relationship with food and exercise.

Because of my own experience, I’m really passionate about introducing women to the joys of a fitness journey that helps you get stronger, shed insecurities and become the most confident version  of yourself. I aim to help build habits that will add to your life and be sustainable, enjoying each step of the process and striving for personal goals.
